GXC Live 2026, originally scheduled for December 6–9, 2026, at MGM Grand Las Vegas, has been canceled.
Our priority is to manage the cancellation process with care, professionalism, transparency, and respect for everyone affected. This page provides current information for registered attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and members of the GXC community.
Registration fees paid directly to GXC Live 2026 are being refunded to the original form of payment.
All attendee registration refunds will be processed no later than July 31, 2026. After processing, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
If you registered using a payment plan or third-party payment provider, the refund will be returned through that original provider. Processing and posting times may vary.
Sponsors and exhibitors will receive direct communication from the GXC team regarding their refund amount, payment method, and expected timeframe.
Because sponsorship and exhibitor agreements may differ, these refunds are being reviewed and handled individually.
MGM Grand has handled the cancellation process for reservations made through the official GXC Live 2026 hotel block. Reservation holders were contacted directly by MGM Grand and given the option to keep or cancel their reservation. If MGM Grand did not receive a response, the reservation was canceled.
For questions about a reservation made through the official GXC room block, please contact the MGM Grand Group Reservations Team at mgmgroupteam4@lv.mgmgrand.com. If your reservation was made outside the official room block, please contact your booking provider directly.
