Community Bridges

GXC Live Sponsor - Community Bridges

Founded in 1982, Community Bridges, Inc. is a leading nonprofit provider of integrated behavioral health and substance use treatment services serving communities across Arizona, Oklahoma, and Washington, DC. Guided by its mission to “Maintain the Dignity of Human Life,” CBI delivers compassionate, person-centered care through a full continuum of services including crisis stabilization, inpatient and outpatient treatment, residential recovery programs, integrated healthcare, housing and shelter support, community outreach, and recovery services.

CBI’s holistic approach recognizes that recovery is not one-size-fits-all. By combining evidence-based treatment, peer support, education, medical care, and community resources, the organization helps individuals and families navigate mental health and substance use challenges with dignity, hope, and long-term support. Through innovation, accessibility, and a deep commitment to underserved populations, Community Bridges continues to be an agent of positive change in the communities it serves.
