Soul Cole

Brandon “SOUL COLE” Coleman is a former NFL wide receiver turned transformation catalyst. After a career-ending injury with the New Orleans Saints, he navigated depression, identity loss, and suicidal ideation before discovering the healing modalities that would become his life’s work.

Today he is a Georgetown University-certified Health & Wellness Coach, Brown University-trained MBSR practitioner, certified Breath Coach, and Sound Healing practitioner. As a wellness guide, he facilitates immersive experiences blending breathwork, sound healing, guided meditation, and his signature spoken word practice, “flowetry.” His client roster includes the Arizona Cardinals, San Antonio Spurs, University of Oregon Football, Amazon, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Soul is also the founder of SOUL Impact Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to making mindfulness accessible to youth in underserved communities, and the author of “Student of the Game: A Storyteller’s Soul” and “Mighty SOUL Adventures: Journey to Emotional Mastery.”
