Dufflyn Lammers has written about attachment and intimacy for the Los Angeles Times, Business Insider, and Russell Simmons’ Def Poetry on HBO. Known as “the American Love Coach in Paris,” her work focuses on relational recovery and the development of earned secure attachment. She is in long-term recovery herself, bringing both lived experience and professional expertise to her work.
She combines training in Tantra (with Dawn Cartwright in Los Angeles), Attachment Repair (directly with Dr. Daniel P. Brown and Dr. David Elliott), and professional coaching (iPEC Certified Coach) to help women cultivate lasting relational wellbeing. Her approach blends attachment science, recovery principles, and embodied practice, applying clinically informed tools—including the Ideal Parent Figure protocol—within a non-clinical coaching framework.
Dufflyn has presented experiential workshops at treatment centers and universities across the US, Europe, and Asia, and has been a featured speaker at leading conferences including the International Conference on Addiction and Associated Disorders, the She Recovers Foundation conference, and the Unstoppable You conference in Paris.
She has the best Frida Kahlo costume you’ve ever seen, a self-described “hyena laugh,” and can often be found wandering the streets of Paris looking for Hellman’s Mayonnaise.
