Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal for GXC Live 2026, taking place at MGM Grand Hotel Las Vegas on December 6-9. By completing the proposal you agree that you will be available to attend GXC Live 2026 on these dates and participate in our sessions.
You will be invited to create an account in our system which will give you a login to a speaker portal. You must submit via this portal to be considered.
Along with a presentation title, you will be asked to provide the following information:
Provide a session overview, detailed learning objectives, bibliographic references, list any co-presenters and provide any previous presentations as video links.
You will also be asked to provide your CV and a photograph.
Submissions must be received no later than Friday February 6, 2026 to be considered. You will be notified via email if you are successful.
Conditions of submission: must be 18 years of older at time of submission. Selection does not guarantee compensation unless previously arranged by contract. See the full terms and conditions of submission during proposal process.
