Speaker Submission Invitation

Thank you for your interest in presenting at GXC Live 2026.

By submitting a proposal, you confirm your availability to attend on the conference dates and to actively participate in our sessions.

All proposals must be submitted through the official speaker portal. Once you begin, you will be invited to create an account, which provides secure access to the portal and allows you to manage your submission.

Proposal Requirements

Please be prepared to provide:

  • Presentation title
  • Session duration
  • Format (Panel, Presentation, Workshop)
  • Track (Addiction, Leadership, Mental Health, Wellness)
  • Audience ability level
  • Session overview (minimum 250 words)
  • Detailed learning objectives
  • Bibliographic references
  • Names of co-presenters (if applicable)
  • Links to previous presentations (video, if available)
  • CV/resumé
  • Professional photograph

Key Dates

Submission Deadline: Friday, February 6, 2026

You will be notified by email regarding the status of your proposal.

Conditions of submission: must be 18 years of older at time of submission. Selection does not guarantee compensation unless previously arranged by contract. See the full terms and conditions of submission during the proposal process.
